Inspiration is everywhere. For me, a large amount of my inspiration comes from freedom fighters and strong political leaders on the side of community and the people.

The fight for Palestine has been stretching over 100 years yet there seems to be no end to many people’s confusion. This is not a 2 sides issue but one so black and white. This is a fight against colonization and the people of Palestine stay an inspiration for me. Their humanity and strength throughout such mass atrocities is a reminder to all of us to fight for our humanity and to be aware of what our lives truly amount to. The US and a large amount of corporations spend billions to genocide Palestinians. This is our leaders, our money, and our choices to stay silent or to reject. We must look to Palestinians who are still standing and fighting. I continue to look towards those fighting against colonization as my inspiration.
